Argos lets you organize users into groups. Initially three groups exist: Everyone, Default, and Unlicensed. You cannot remove or rename these groups. New users are initially added to the Default group.

There are two primary parts to managing users:
User groups let you organize users, set policies and determine how Argos behaves. At the individual user level you can set names, PIN codes, and other user-specific information.
Importing users from a CSV? The Username field needs to conform to Microsoft standards and cannot include the following characters:
- backslash ( \ )
- slash mark ( / )
- colon ( : )
- asterisk ( * )
- question mark ( ? )
- quotation mark ( " )
- less than sign ( < )
- greater than sign ( > )
- vertical bar ( | )
