For both Windows and Mac, you can install the Agent by pointing a browser to the Communication Service.
The location to navigate to is http://<communication service address>:<communication service port>/<communication service path>/Agent
Example location - http://192.168.0.88:7080/cs/Agent
The communication service will need to be manually defined for each Agent installed this way.
