The Oce Controller must be configured to require users to enter their PIN code when making copies, scans or reprints.

  1. Access Account Logic on your Oce Controller via http://YOUROCEIPADDRESS/AccountLogic.html
  2. Click "Administration"
  3. Type your System Administrator or Key Operator password to log in (default passwords are SysAdm or KeyOp, if you do not know your password, contact your Oce technician)
  4. Leave the Océ Account Console host address blank. Argos does not require Account Console to be installed.
  5. Under "Copying and Scanning", choose "Entering account information is required"
  6. Check "The scanner always locks when switched on"
  7. Check "The scanner locks when the scanner panel timeout expires"
  8. Under Printing>Print Jobs in the 'Waiting jobs', choose "Entering account information is required"
  9. Under Printing>Print Jobs in the 'Printed jobs', choose "Entering account information is required"
  10. Under "Print Jobs with Account Info", click "Allow '0' value for User ID and Account ID"
  11. Scroll to the bottom and click "OK"
