Problem:

Argos is not tracking copy, print and scan activity on my System K KIP printer.

Solution:

KIP System K requires an additional software license from KIP that was not required with earlier firmware versions. 

The optional KIP Accounting and Cost Center license must be purchased from KIP, and installed on the device for Argos KIP integration to work correctly. Without this license, the internal log files used by Argos are not present and no copy, scan or print activity will be tracked through the Argos KIP adapter.
