All print, copy, scan, fax and manual entry devices are managed through the Devices & Terminals page. Printers tracked through a Windows or Mac queue will automatically appear in the list. Devices that will be tracked through Argos OnBoard or other advanced tracking methods must be added manually.
Additional information about your devices can be added. These options do not affect tracking, but can be used for enhanced reporting.
Locations can be defined in the Billing Codes, Users or Devices sections. You can assign a device to a specific location, and then generate reports that sort by location.
Additional functions for some devices (RIP servers, MFPs, Wide Format Plotters, etc) can be added via Advanced Tracking. See Integration and Copy Tracking for specific details.
